Applies to inspection, operation, & use of ALL ATV, Golf Carts, Personnel & Burden "utility carrier" vehicles in all industry applications - industrial, construction, mining, foestry, pulp & paper, warehousing, transportation. Also used and applies to ALL makes, manufacturers, brands, models and sizes, any type of capacity, weight, designation, vehicle class, with or without enclosed cab, any wheel steer and drive configurations, all fuels types, with load carry/flat deck, box and all personnel seating configurations or arrangements, etc.

Mandatory Equipment & Motor Vehicle Pre-Use / Pre-Trip & Post-Use / Post-Trip Inspections are required by all Canadian and USA Federal, State and Provincial Health & Safety and Transportation Laws & Regulations for Off-Road and On-Road Usage. All Vehicles, Equipment and Machines must be inspected to ensure Safe usage and Operation by Personnel.
