Usage: Applies to Inspection of Rigging and Slinging Accessories used for any and all Lifting and Hoisting Rigging & Slinging operations, from the smallest, light-duty requirement to the large heavy-duty lifting needs, including use of these devices with all Mobile Equipment. Lifting situations. Can be used for and in any and ALL Below-the-Hook applications, in all industries, for all types of Rigging and Slinging. This inspection covers: Hoist, Chain Fall, Puller, Come-a-Long, Binder, Tie-Down, Lasher, Eye Bolt, Shackle, Lift/Hoist Ring, Swivel, Lift Clamp and Lift Beam Accessories. CPC # 2-038 RIGGING / SLINGING COMBO - “EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES”

Usage: Applies to Inspection of Rigging and Slinging “Equipment & Accessories” used with/for all Hoist and Lifting operations, from the smallest, light-duty requirement to the large heavy-duty lifting needs, including use of these devices with all Mobile Equipment Lifting situations (such as odd-shaped and size loads).  Used in any and ALL industries, for all types of Rigging and Slinging applications. This COMBO Inspection Check-List books  covers both the “Equipment” and the “Accessories” all in one larger book size. There is slightly more inspection detail listed for most devices in this larger book         compared to the other separate smaller hand-size versions. The COMBO includes: Hook, Wire Rope, Cable, Sling, Choker, Chain, Synthetic/Nylon, Web/Mesh, Hoist, Chain Fall, Puller, Come-a-Long, Binder, Tie-Down, Lasher, Eye Bolt, Shackle,   Lift/Hoist Ring, Swivel, Lift Clamp and Lift Beam equipment and accessories for any lifting, hoisting     and/or crane applications. Usage: Applies to  ALL Compactor, Baler and Shredder Machines and Equipment for any mobile, deck, portable, dock and/or permanent mounted machines/equipment, all makes, models, sizes, small, large, container types, styles, designs, configuration, roll-offs, volume or Capacity.  Includes any chute, load, feed, style, drive  with any ram, auger, compaction, baling and shredding and any load and discharge configuration such as front, rear, top and side-loading machines and equipment. Can be used in all industry applications and any common purpose such as Waste, Refuse or  Recycling units, as well as other specialized applications in any industry such as: Municipal,       Government, Educational, Medical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Institutions, High-Rise Buildings, Office Towers and all other industries or commercial applications using this equipment.

CPC # 2-040 GENERAL DRILLING, BORING, CORING, AUGER Machines

Usage: Applies to  ALL General Drilling, Boring, Coring and Auger Machines and Equipment for mobile, deck, portable and/or permanent mounted units, all makes, models, sizes, small, large, types, styles, designs, configuration and Capacity.  Used for any feed, style, drive  with any  drill bit, blade, cutter, coring or auger configuration equipment. Can be used in all industries   for any common application such as: well and rock drilling, pavement repairs/coring, exploration,       mineral and resource testing, sampling and other general or specialized drilling applications   in industries such as: Municipal, Government, Construction, Oil and Gas, Mining, Forestry, Farming etc. Covers specific items such as Deck and Support Structure, Controls, Systems & Drilling inspection items. Includes inspection items for each type of equipment/machine in any configuration or combination. Includes specific inspection items and functions such as:
Mounting, Frame, Support, Controls, Systems, Startup, Pressure, Voltage, Wattage, Tanks, Suction, Engine, Motor, Compartment and Terminology. Can be used to inspect multiple units up to 3 machines in any combination of the same form. Used in all industries such as: Oil and Gas, Mining, Forestry, Wells, Construction, Utility, Hydro, Municipal, Road Building, Welding, Manufacturing, Government etc.

Applies to ANY and ALL Bus, Motorcoach, Shuttle, Handicap, Wheelchair, School Bus & School Purpose Vehicles and/or other similar style vehicles and passenger transport vans, with or without luggage, storage or cargo compartment areas. Can be used on ALL makes, models, sizes and capacity, small, medium or larger heavy-duty vehicles. Can be used for all applications, industries and operations such as Municipal Transit, Hospital, Nursing Home, Travel & Tourism, Airport Shuttle/Limo Buses, Hotel and Special Event Functions, Day Camp, School/Education, College, University, Charters, Commercial and Private Carriers and Rentals in any and all industries where passenger transportation is offered and required. Complies with, meets and exceeds the New NSC Canadian requirements also and includes all mandatory Vehicle inspection requirements and the appropriate Inspection Schedule for your bus application. Includes mandatory inspection requirements as well as the additional vehicle-specific inspection items, attachments and equipment functions. Example of Inspection items include Vehicle, PPE, Vehicle Safety, Traffic Control, Vehicle Systems and Controls, Support Deck, Platform, Bucket, Digger, Auger, Boom, Pole Puller, Winch and other Accessories installed including their use and operation. Can be used in all industries such as: Utility, Hydro, Municipal, Government, Construction, Oil and Gas, Mining, Forestry etc.
